How long has DiamondCelebrations.com been in business?
DiamondCelebrations.com partners have been involved in the diamond, jewellery and watch business for over 40 years. They were also one of the pioneers in selling diamonds and jewellery over the internet. DIamondCelebrations.com itself launched in November 2006.
Does DiamondCelebrations.com have a physical store?
We are able to offer our customers highly discounted and competitive prices as a result of not having to pass on the high costs associated with a physical jewellery store. We do not have a viewing office.
Can I view my item prior to purchase?
We are an Internet-only organization. We do not have a retail store and unfortunately cannot offer any facilities for the viewing of jewellery prior to purchase. It is this minimal operating infrastructure which enables us to pass on competitive and affordable prices to our customers. We have however invested in state-of-the-art image viewing software to allow for superb zoom facilities. This allows you to view the item in great detail online.
How can I pay for the items I would like to purchase?
Customers may pay for purchases by means of a credit card or though a bank transfer.
How secure is the credit card information I have provided?
None of your credit card details are retained or stored on any of our servers at any time to ensure complete security. They are only used at the time of purchase for credit card verification through our secure Payment Solution Providers Protx. In additional, when transferring your credit card information over the internet, we utilize 128 Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology, provided by Protx.
How long will delivery take after I have completed my purchase? - Orders of set-piece jewellery will ordinarily be delivered according to the delivery period specified for a particular item.
- Orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery, for arrival at your delivery address by 1 p.m. the following day.
Can I have my purchase shipped internationally, and will there be any additional charges?
DiamondCelebrations.com will ship orders to most overseas destinations. Orders will be shipped via FedEx at rates calculated according to the shipment details and selected currency. Two to three days will be added on to delivery times available in the UK. Where applicable, DiamondCelebrations.com shall arrange for the payment of customs and duties. DiamondCelebrations.com shall charge you for these payments.
Are all of your diamonds “clean” and “conflict free”?
DiamondCelebrations.com only purchases its diamonds from legitimate sources who have committed to trade in conflict-free diamonds, as stipulated in the Kimberly Process. Read more about “Clean” diamonds.
Do you sell any synthetic or colour enhanced diamonds?
DiamondCelebrations.com only sells natural, untreated diamonds and does not sell diamonds with HPHT, laser drilling and filling, colour enhanced diamonds, or other treated diamonds.
Do all of your diamonds come with a certificate?
All loose diamond purchases from DiamondCelebrations.com are certified and customers will receive an original certificate (Diamond Grading Report) together with their purchase.
Are all of the items Hallmarked?
DiamondCelebrations.com only deals with gold, platinum and sterling silver that has been hallmarked by the Assay Office London or hallmarks accepted by the British Hallmarking Council. By only dealing in recognized hallmarked goods we provide you with the certainty that you will only be purchasing gold, platinum or sterling silver as defined by the exacting standards of recognized assay offices.
What happens if the ring size I have ordered is the wrong size?
You may request a resizing of specific rings within 30 days of delivery. Not all rings can be resized and the ring details page of your ring will indicate if your ring can indeed be resized after manufacture.
Diamond Celebrations will not charge you for the first resizing of a ring to a smaller size. Subsequent resizing of rings to a smaller will incur the set charge indicated in the ring sizing and resizing paragraph in the Diamondcelebrations.com terms and conditions. If you are resizing your ring to a larger size please note that the charges will be applicable.
Can I get a message engraved on my diamond?
Using precise technology which concentrates tiny laser beams onto the diamond girdle, it is possible to inscribe personalised messages, images, and even serial numbers onto loose diamonds. What is your return policy?
You may receive a full refund where your purchase item is faulty, damaged on delivery or different from the order you have placed. You may return your order within 30 days of delivery of your purchase items. Please see the Return of Purchase Items paragraph in the DiamondCelebrations.com terms and conditions for further details.
