The Terms and Conditions of the DiamondCelebrations Shipping Policy can be found here.
The following information is important for the purposes of understanding how our shipping procedure operates:
For UK deliveries: - Orders of set-piece jewelry will ordinarily be delivered according to the delivery period specified for a particular item.
- Orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery, for arrival at your delivery address by 1 p.m. the following day.
For non-UK deliveries: - DC will ship orders to most overseas destinations.
- DC ships your orders via FedEx calculated according to the shipment destination.
- Two to three days will be added on to delivery times available in the UK.
- Where applicable DiamondCelebrations shall arrange for the payment of customs and duties. DiamondCelebrations shall charge you for these payments.
All shipments: - All orders will arrive in our beautifully presented suede finished jewellery boxes.
- Gift wrapping and special-care packaging will be complimentary on your order if requested.
- We will immediately inform you of any delay of in the delivery of your order and discuss possible solutions.
- You will be required to sign on the delivery of your order. This will be used as proof of delivery to you. Where you chose someone to sign on your behalf please indicate this persons details where indicated in the delivery details page when completing your order.
- It is suggested that you inspect your package for damage and tampering before you sign on the delivery of your order.
- We can ship your order to any alternate address that you may chose. Please indicate this alternate shipping address where indicated in the delivery details page when completing your order. To facilitate this we request that the alternate shipping address is on file with your credit card company.
- DiamondCelebrations currently do not make shipments to Brazil, Nigeria, India, Indonesia and Pakistan.
