Acceptance of Order - Credit Card Payment Option
- Once credit card details and funds have been authorised, DiamondCelebrations will send an email acknowledging your order request.
- If the credit card details and or funds are not authorised, DiamondCelebrations will inform the customer and reserves the right to cancel the order. DiamondCelebrations will do its utmost to clarify any authorisation problems.
- Once payment has been received and the funds received by DiamondCelebrations, DiamondCelebrations will process the order and send an email confirming payment of your order and the process thereof.
- Receipt of an Order Confirmation indicates a legally binding purchase and sale agreement between yourself and DiamondCelebrations.
- DiamondCelebrations reserves the right to cancel or reverse an order in the event that a supplier cannot fulfill the order request.
- Bank Transfer Payment Option
- Customers wishing to make purchase via bank transfer payment method will be contacted by a DiamondCelebrations representative and will be provided with appropriate bank account details.
- Once payment has been received by DiamondCelebrations, the order will be processed and DiamondCelebrations will send an email confirming your order and process thereof.
- Onus is on the customer to ensure payment is received by DiamondCelebrations.
- Receipt of an Order Confirmation indicates a legally binding purchase and sale agreement between yourself and DiamondCelebrations.
Return of Purchased Items - You may receive a full refund where your purchase item is faulty, damaged on delivery or different from the order you have placed.
- You may return your order within 30 days of delivery of your purchase items.
- Return of orders will be confirmed only where you have returned the purchase item in its original condition, unworn and together with its original packaging, and where the purchase item returned is a loose diamond, together with its original Certificate.
- Purchase items that have been inscribed in any way, or designed especially for or by you, or that have had the security tag removed will not be considered for return.
- Returns will be confirmed only once the purchase item has been subject to inspection by the DiamondCelebrations quality control department who verify that it is in the original condition.
- To arrange for the return of your purchase item please contact our customer services hotline at +44-(0)208-8196373 for advice on our return procedure. You will be given a product return code which you should use in all further correspondences.
- Our customer services consultant will also give you a specific returned purchase address where the purchased item is to be returned.
- For security reasons we require that you do not use the name "DiamondCelebrations.Com" anywhere in the address or on the packaging, and instead use the name given to you by the consultant.
- DiamondCelebrations will not be responsible for any return shipments that are lost so we advise that you retain all proof of posting documentation.
- DiamondCelebrations will endeavor to complete your refund within 10 days of receipt of the retuned purchase item. Your refund will be made in the same method as your original payment.
Pricing - All prices are as quoted on our website, in GBP (excluding VAT).
- VAT and the rate of VAT will depend on your selection of shipping destination. Currently orders shipped within the United Kingdom and EU Member States are subject to VAT at 17.5%.
- All of our products are quoted in GBP. Please note that where you chose an alternate currency, the quoted total is just an estimate as currency rates may change from the time that you check out and banks may have different conversion rates.
- While we believe that our ordering and payment system is amongst the most advanced available we do reserve the right to correct any system errors, including errors in pricing, and we do not honour incorrect pricing.
- DiamondCelebrations reserves the right to change prices without notice.
Payment Options
We accept payments made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Solo, Switch and Maestro UK credit/debit cards. Alternatively you may pay by means of a bank transfer. You may arrange this by calling a customer service consultant who will provide you with further details.
Free Shipping and Insurance - We provide free shipment for all orders to all of our UK customers. Our shipments are facilitated by Royal Mail Special Delivery Service.
- UK orders of customised jewellery pieces will ordinarily be shipped within four to seven working days.
- UK orders of set-piece jewelry will ordinarily be shipped according to the delivery period specified for a particular item.
- Where you have placed an order for two or more items, each with differing delivery dates, you may decide to consolidate the items into one shipment. Please indicate your preference when completing your order.
- DiamondCelebrations shall use its best efforts to ensure delivery within the above delivery periods but shall not be held liable for any delay of such delivery.
- For security purposes you will not be able to change the shipping address once your order has been dispatched.
- You may obtain tracking information by logging into your "My Account" page and viewing Order History, or by contacting a consultant at our shipping department at +44-(0)208-8196373.
- Goods lost or damaged during shipment will be covered in full by the DiamondCelebrations.com shipping insurance policy.
- DiamondCelebrations shall charge you for shipping costs of goods returned as a result of non-acceptance or non-availability at the shipping address and on any goods returned or cancelled.

Shipments Outside of the UK - After selecting your order proceed to "Check Out".
- You will be asked to provide billing & shipping details, and payment option.
- Final shipping and VAT charges will be displayed once you have entered your shipping destination.
- Confirm your order by selecting the "Complete Order" button.
- Should you decide to cancel your order you will nevertheless be liable for any shipping fees, which shall not be refunded.
- Once your order has been dispatched we will notify you by email with your tracking number. You may also track your order by logging into the "My Account" page with your email address and password. This page may be used to track current orders, view previous orders, and maintain your personal information and settings. - Goods lost or damaged during shipment will be covered in full by a DiamondCelebrations' shipping insurance policy.
- Where applicable, DiamondCelebrations shall charge you for any customs or duties that have been paid on your behalf.

Alternate Shipping Address - You may request a shipping address that is different from your billing address.
- To protect you against fraud and ensure your order is approved, we request that your alternate shipping address is registered with your credit card company.
Data Protection and Privacy - We consider your privacy as vital and shall not pass on any of your information to any other third party.
- We are constantly updating our systems to provide you with the latest security technologies, to best protect your personally identifiable information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. Your personal identification information is stored on our servers behind secure firewall and security systems, with limited access. In additional, when transferring your personal information over the internet, we utilize 128 Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology, provided by Protx.
- None of your credit card details are retained or stored on any of our servers at any time to ensure complete security. They are only used at the time of purchase for credit card verification through our secure Payment Solution Providers Protx.

Only Certified Diamonds - Any loose diamond that you purchase from DiamondCelebrations will be accompanied by a Diamond Certificate that will attest to the grading and qualities of your diamond.
- Some diamonds that are included in finished pieces of jewellery may not be certified.
- Certified Diamonds are diamonds that have been examined by independent grading laboratories, which are qualified to describe and allocate a grading to diamonds.
- By only providing certified diamonds we are guaranteeing our clients that they are purchasing authentic diamonds with the qualities that they have actually selected.
- We only trade in diamonds certified by the highly regarded and internationally accepted Gemological Institute of America (GIA), American Gem Society Laboratories (AGSL), International Gemological Institute (IGI) and the Diamond High Council (HRD).
Only Natural Untreated Diamonds
DiamondCelebrations only sells natural untreated diamonds and does not sell diamonds with HPHT, laser drilling and filling, enhanced diamonds, or other treated diamonds.
Only Conflict-Free and Fair-Trade Diamonds - DiamondCelebrations only purchases its diamonds from legitimate sources who have committed to trade in conflict-free diamonds, as stipulated in the Kimberley Process.
- We are also committed to fair-trade diamonds, which means we only support the purchase of diamonds which have been mined and traded for a fair and reasonable living wage.
Only Hallmarked Metals - DiamondCelebrations only deals with gold, platinum and silver that has been hallmarked by the Assay Office London or of hallmarks accepted by the British Hallmarking Council. By only dealing in recognized hallmarked goods we provide you with the certainty that you will only be purchasing gold, platinum or sterling silver as defined by the exacting standards of recognized assay offices.
- Please note that the gram weight of the metals of our jewellery pieces may vary by up to 10% from the weight quoted.
General Legal Terms - DiamondCelebrations shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages of any nature, regardless of the form of action, based on strict product liability or otherwise.
