Competition Rules, Terms & Conditions:

1. NO PURCHASE IS REQUIRED.
2. One prize will be awarded to one winner, consisting of one 1 carat diamond, retail value £3,500.
3. The winner is solely responsible for all expenses relative to acceptance/use of prize that are not specified herein.
4. To participate in the prize draw, enter online at www.diamondcelebrations.com/promotions. To enter, input the required details in the fields provided and click “Submit.” Any other form of entry is void and will NOT be accepted.
5. The competition will terminate on 31 May 2008, after which no further competition applications shall be accepted.
6. The Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The Prize will be delivered to the confirmed winner.
7. The prize give-away is non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable with DiamondCelebrations.com Ltd.
8. There is no cash alternative for the prize give-away.
9. There is a limit of one entry (of any kind) per individual. The random drawing will be held on or around 1 June, 2008 by DiamondCelebrations.com. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
10. This offer is exclusive and may not be used in conjunction with any other DiamondCelebrations.com offers.
11. If you are selected as the prize winner you will be notified of our decision by contact at the email address provided. DiamondCelebrations.com will not be responsible for failure for any reason whatsoever of selected entrant to receive notification.
12. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 15 days from the time award notification was sent, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
13. Where legal, by accepting prize, winner authorises DiamondCelebrations.com to announce and publish (and/or otherwise use for purposes of advertising/trade/promotion) his/her name, address (only city), photograph or likeness without additional compensation or notification.
14. This competition is only open to applicants who are citizens of the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland. Applications by citizens of any other country will not be considered.
15. By entering this competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which shall be final.
16. DiamondCelebrations.com, its directors and employees shall not be responsible for any late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, postage-due entries, mail, or e-mail.
